"Defining Trauma informed Practices" is Lesson 2 from the larger course "Interweaving Systems: Using Holistic and trauma informed practices & research to aid in regulating the nervous system". This mini course brings the awareness for those who work with clients with trauma who desires to cultivated a trauma informed practice. Cultivating a trauma-informed practice is essential for ensuring both a feeling of security and comfort for clients, while allowing us to contribute to a culture of healing the impacts of trauma.
