Assessments............I have been self healing for a year, and one part of the healing is finding out who I am without all the noise. As many strategies as I use and coach others to use, I often need guidance/coaching as well. I had a resistance to doing assessments. Mainly due to my own experience of navigating help for mental health concerns. I worked through several energy blocks: mental, physical, and spiritual. Then I started to change the narrative.
What if I gave clients the option for a selected mental health assessment, coach them on options for next steps, and help them create their own self-healing plan. Often clients know exactly what they need and can pick from my services, others just aren't sure, some need MH assessments for another environment.
Starting February 2022, I will be offering Mental Health Assessments: Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (18+), Beek Hoplessness Circles (18+), and Million College Counseling Inventory (college & university students). Assessments will be $350. I'm working out more details, but assessments will cover cost of assessments, post assessment discussion.
I wanted to be an advocate for mental health, and this is a service I can help give others a voice.
