Having a trauma-informed approach is crucial for both individuals and systems that interact with them. Over 15 years, I focused on helping young individuals who exhibited significant trauma reactions in their environments. Standing up for change and providing support has shaped my identity. No matter how individuals are categorized, we are all human beings striving to navigate life as best as we can. Offering support and empathy instead of criticism and mockery can greatly contribute to fostering positive change.

Having experienced different mental health systems firsthand, I have encountered both acceptance and criticism. It is important to remember that treating vulnerable individuals with compassion and understanding is crucial. As a community, we should strive to be more empathetic. Ultimately, the decision to invest in yourself lies with you.

Given the complexity of Mental Health and the uniqueness of each individual, I aim to develop course materials that cater to both individuals dealing with mental health issues and practitioners assisting them.

I take pride in sharing course content derived from both research and personal experience. Through reading, researching, practicing, and exploring the intricacies of the nervous system, I have gained a deep understanding. While society often stigmatizes and judges those experiencing a nervous breakdown, I have come to appreciate and respect the wisdom and guidance of the nervous system.

The mini courses cost $33 CDN each, whereas the larger course is priced at $222 CDN, and participants can apply the 80 hours towards membership at the ACNN Academy of Naturopath and Naturotherapist.
