As an Aquarius, it is the full moon I use to reset and refocus on my dreams and desires. What do I need to let go of to make room for new?
Learning to connect to our authentic self takes time and intention. There are many layers of old narratives, stories, and beliefs we tell ourselves.
Time to let those go.
If possible, get outside and breathe in the air. Connect to your breath.
