The reason why I was good at it, is because I could resonate with them. I understood sensory overload. I understood ADHD. I understood trauma. I understood mental health challenges. I understood.....
As a 50 year old individual who is learning to finally embrace her unqiueness and not feel shame for who she is.
Doing my own sensory profile and executive functioning/attention done allows me to see where my strengths lie.
The world need us neurodiverse individuals. We're the creators. We're the change makers. We're the outside of the box thinkers. The artists. The poets. The atheltes. The dancers.
As an adult, I am someone who can process this information and make steps to thriving in envrionments with it.
