Mindfulness workshop for beginnings

I had a mindfulness practice leading up to my nervous breakdown.


I did a lot of self care, breathwork exercise, nutrition....


What I was missing was the connection to and the interweaving of the mind, body, and spirit.


Over the last 3 years I learned, I researched, I practiced, I embraced, and I educated myself on importance of the interweaving.


🧚‍♀️Learning how to breathe with intention. 🧚‍♀️Learning how to recognize what my body was telling me.

🧚‍♀️Learning what "light/joy" was missing from my life.


I look forward to leading this workshop.
