Tarot & Breathwork: A Sacred Practice for Inner Balance

From Technique to Ritual:


I didn’t know I was holding my breath… until I finally exhaled.

For most of my life, I moved through the world in “go mode”—nervous system on high alert, always bracing, always doing. Breath was something I forgot about. Something automatic. Something I didn’t even realize I was withholding.


It wasn’t until I discovered Wim Hof Breathwork during a season of deep healing that I started to understand the power of the breath—not just for oxygen, but for regulation, release, and reconnection.


What began as a structured breathwork technique became a ritual practice for me—one that now lives and breathes with the cycles of the moon. Each New Moon and Full Moon, I pause to reconnect. I bring in my tarot or oracle cards for insight, journal prompts, and intentional inquiry. I breathe into each chakra, not to “fix” anything—but to feel, clear, and soften.

It’s become a way to remind myself that my breath is my anchor, and that the moon’s rhythm is a natural guide back to myself.


The Wisdom of the Breath

We don’t realize—because I didn’t realize—how often we hold our breath.

Out of fear.

Out of tension.

Out of habit.

....a trauma response.

....a way to survive.


But survival is not the same as living. And holding our breath is not the same as trusting life.

These breathwork rituals became a teaching moment for my own nervous system—a reminder that I’m safe to inhale fully… and safe to let go.


Why I Started Sharing This:


The intention behind my videos and teachings is simple:To gently remind you to set the intention to connect to your breath.


You don’t have to be an expert. You don’t have to do it “right.” You just need to show up.

Let the breath move through you. Let the moon mirror your inner tides. Let the cards offer reflection. Let your nervous system rest and digest what you’ve been holding onto for far too long.

Combined with the wisdom of the chakra system and intuitive tarot, this sacred practice becomes a powerful tool for transformation.


Why Breathwork?:


Breath is more than oxygen—it's energy. When we breathe intentionally, we shift out of the "fight or flight" stress response and into the rest and digest mode of the parasympathetic nervous system. This is where our body heals, our mind clears, and our soul finds space to speak.


Each chakra holds specific energetic and emotional patterns. By breathing into each chakra, we offer those areas gentle attention, spaciousness, and renewal. This practice becomes even more potent when we align it with the lunar cycle, especially during the Full Moon, when the energy of release and clarity is strongest.
