Why journal?

About six months ago, I took to Journaling. I made it a daily habit. At the time I started Journaling I felt lost and often unsure of what life had to offer. The journal helped me focus on what I wanted from life, stay in the state of gratitude, and focus on positive affirmations.


One thing I wished the journal had was a daily mental health checklist. Ie: drinking water, eating well, exercise, sleep, etc. I went on the hunt for a journal I didn't find it. So I created my own. A simple layout with a check list, daily state of gratitude, affirmations, and what brought joy in your day.

I'm passionate about sharing my journey and strategies that help me. With the lack of MH services avaliable, I am doing my part to contribute to being the change.
