What does a session look like? 15 minute zoom option is available for those who desire a quick check in. Session can include guided breathwork, distance reiki, nervous system regulation skills, or to talk. Choice is yours. It's quick and an effective tool for those who desire more flexibility between work and appointments. Sessions must be booked through email attm247@gmail.com
Cancel 24 hours without being charged for session.
When possible, a 48 hour courtesy cancellation is appreciated. However, I understand life happens & this is your own plan for self healing.
